RailTel Corporation of India Limited, a premier Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry of Railways is a telecom infrastructure provider and has been set up primarily to modernize and augment the existing infrastructure for providing communication facilities for Railways and other commercial users.

Scale of pay & CTC (at the beginning of the scale):
i) 
Dy. Managers (E-1 level): 16400-40500 (IDA); Annual CTC at the beginning of the scale is Rs. 5.3 lakh to 6.00 lakh (approx)

ii) Managers (E-2 level): 20600-46500 (IDA); Annual CTC at the beginning of the scale is Rs. 6.7 lakh to 7.60 lakh (approx).

Educational Qualification:

Dy. Mgr (Tech) (E-1 level):BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Communications or Electronics or Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or Instrumentation & Electronics or Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Information Technology obtained from a recognized university/ deemed university India with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.

 Dy Mgr (Marketing) (E-1 level): BE/B.Tech./B.Sc. alongwith MBA (Mktg/ IT/ Telecom) or Post Graduate Programme in Management (Mktg/ IT/ Telecom) i.e. (two year full-time regular course) or equivalent qualification, obtained from a recognized university/ deemed university.

Dy. Manager (P&A) (E-1 level): Masters in Business Administration (Human Resources/Personnel Management) or Post Graduate Program in Management in HRM (two–year full-time regular course) or equivalent qualification, obtained from a recognized university/ deemed university.

Manager (P&A) (E-2 level): Masters in Business Administration (Human Resources /Personnel Management) or Post Graduate Program in Management in HRM/PM (two- year full-time regular course) or equivalent qualification, obtained from a recognized university/ deemed university.

Age Limits:

The candidates must be between 21 – 28 years of age for all the posts on the date of closing of on-line registration. Relaxation in upper age limit for SC/ST/OBC/PWD for filling of reserved posts shall be as under:

a) SC/ST: 5 years

b) OBC: 3 years

c) Person with disabilities (Gen): 10 years

d) Person with disabilities (SC/ST): 15 years

e) Person with disabilities (OBC): 13 years
